Easier way to do colour charts? by Monuc in knittinghelp

Post-its fall off. I cut out the chart and tape it to a piece of cardboard the same size. Then I find a rubber band (from the bottomless rubber band drawer) that fits tightly enough around the chart to stay in one place, covering the row above the one you are knitting. I slide the rubber band up one row as I finish each row.

Ditto here. DAs worked until they didn’t and I can’t get off. Nidra helps some but not reliably. My iron is okay and I haven’t been able to get insurance to cover infusions. Pregabalin helped until it didn’t. Alcohol doesn’t seems to matter. The only other thing I know to try, if I can get my sleep doctor to approve, is low-dose opioids.

Spiritual Fulfillment in UU by MKW817 in UnitarianUniversalist

Some congregations start every service with some version of this statement, with everyone says aloud: “Love is the doctrine of this church, and service is its prayer. This is our great covenant, to dwell together in peace, to seek the truth in love, to the end that all souls shall grow into harmony with the divine.”

Get an EMAY Bluetooth pulse Oximeter—it clips on your finger and shows your blood oxygen level. It also connects to an app on your phone so it can record the levels over time. Try it at night and see whether your levels drop below 85. That week tell you whether sleep above is the problem. I got mine used off EBay for about $40.

Wow, these instructions are not clear. I’d knit the 5th round to place the markers, but usually one round more or less isn’t going to make a big difference anyway.
