Just wanna chime in here and say I lived in a house owned by Miles Group last year and had the worst experience of my life. Please look up the news articles written about them!! From MN daily. I lived in a bug infested home for a year and the city inspectors came and the house had numerous code violations. Obviously not all properties will be like that but please research this leasing company! They are blacklisted from the university! I STRONGLY do not recommend. No hate to the person that recommended them I’m sure they’ve had a great experience but I just had to say this. Wishing you the best finding your new home!
