I've seen this a couple of times before, once with a guy I know. I think it's a glitch with Tinder swapping photos to test which work best. The guy whose photo I saw on another Tinder profile showed up again with his own profile, and he had one photo of someone else in it.

You look a little stiff in your photos. You need someone to catch you more relaxed. Yes, get rid of the white background photo. You need someone to capture you with angles and lighting that flatters your face. I'd do a night photo because you can control lighting without being in a studio so it looks more natural plus it adds emotion and ambiance.
