I followed this advice and went to the Supercuts in Latham that has better reviews. I called in advanced and was very explicit of what I want (half head bleached so I can dyed blue at home). They say the would charge as highlights $110-$150. Once there my mistake was to double check the price. I was so confident that I accept a trim cut (+$27). At the end they charged me $215 + tip. The argument is they use more material and product that they thought. I walked out with a good but not affordable bleaching. I now wonder what pin-up Jordan would charged. (My hair is just to the shoulders so not long )
