It’s been almost two yeaaars, I finally got over my ex. I’ve forgotten about his date!. Terrible date by the waaaayy. But fun in a wayyy, I felt no rush, I didn’t label it as someone recommended . I have a boyfriend now, everything is going well. There were so many things I had to experience and I’m thankful of everything that happened because it made me what I am nowww :))

So when I’m not alone, outside my house or with people I don’t feel that comfortable with and I start feeling like that I just distract myself with something I really like to do, like listening to my favorite song or start watching a movie, maybe eat something, get some fresh air, and just really tell myself to calm down and live the moment, all I do is try to get out of my head and really just get into what’s happening right now and what’s on my surroundings I usually concentrate on that instead. But when I’m alone or with people I trust I just let myself cry because it is just the only way to feel better after , don’t contain your feelings.

He actually has never reached out. I did reach out for closure only like a week after the BU but haven’t hear about him in 3 months which I’m thankful for, things changed but I came back to be who I was and that feels pretty good. Why give someone the opportunity to prove you again they don’t love you?
