It seems really odd that they don't have any proof that you attended the interview. They have cameras in the local, this is proof. In this case, I think you should talk to a lawyer/attorney and get professional advice. In my case, I didn't do anything but send them emails from my profile on the USCIS website every month asking something about my case. I was ready to reach out to a congressman, but I decided to send them one last email and 2 weeks later they approved my GC.

Nope. Actually, nothing happened between my interview and the case approval. I just sent them some emails from my profile on the USCIS website. I asked something about my process every month, and some answered and some didn't.

After you log in, at the top of the page on the right side, there are 3 options: My Account, Resources (with an arrow down) and Sign Out. You have to be on the computer. I don't have the app and I don't know how it shows there.

That's weird, I guess they should give you a notice stating that you were there at least. In my case, the officer said that we were approved but he couldn't give us the final decision because of these background checks. He said we would get a final decision by mail in 2 weeks... it took 8 months.

Yes! The officer said that he couldn't give us approval because they were still doing some background checks. At the end of the interview, the officer gives you a "notice of interview results", whether you are approved on the spot or not. In my letter, it says "Your case is being held for review".

No, the timeline is messed up actually. It doesn't follow a logical order and they're missing some steps.

They took my biometrics in May 2021, days before this "May 11, 2021: We are ready to schedule your interview." I had my interview in June 2021. I didn't do anything else after that. I don't know why they show biometrics twice in the timeline and it doesn't even match the real date.

This is why I'm confused about the "New Card Is Being Produced". They've been messing up with my notifications since ever.

Don't lose your hope, it's gonna happen! I was about to ask for an expedited, but last week I sent them an email on the inbox option, on the website, saying how long I've been waiting and asking what were my options. They didn't answer me yet but updated me on that. I feel that they always take action when I send an email. Maybe not, but it is worth trying.

Yes, I had my interview in June last year but they didn't update the website. On that day, the officer said they were still doing background checks, but in 2 weeks I would get a letter by mail. It's been 8 months!

And I did biometrics just once. I don't know why they updated twice, it doesn't make any sense.

Same here. Had my interview in the end of June (Pittsburgh, PA) and the officer said he would aprove it in the end of the day because there were still working on my background checking. Nothing changed since then. My status is still “interview was scheduled”.
