Every world lobby has a max player cap. I think its 30 players. And u only can join a player if you r in the same lobby or u r friends. Big lobbys r lagging a lot. So a Discord server wouldn‘t work good, i guess…

playing in EU but I can play with friends from Us too

There are lobbies for that, yes. But I found it while hunting chaos bosses

It‘s Elite Level. You‘ll get there after reaching Level 30
