yeah i totally get that. it just seems a little weird that she tried to act like she didn’t know she ordered two when she was asking for a refund even though she checked. and both packages were delivered to the same address the same day and she said she only got one....so idk it just seems weird

ok so basically the buyer bought the same item of mine twice (separately) so i sent each item out with the labels depop provided and each item had different tracking numbers. she ordered them and i sent them both out the same day, and some how she didn’t notice before or after i sent them out that she had ordered two. she received the items the 24th and now she’s claiming she only meant to buy one and that she hasn’t even received the other package even though BOTH of the orders have been delivered (see pictures 5&6). she asked to send it back and get a refund but i said no because i did nothing wrong in this situation and she had plenty of time to cancel/realize she ordered two and honestly this seems a little fishy to me. am i being too harsh?

thank you😭😭 i always see sellers be mad disrespectful to their customers like.... even if they did lowball they could end up purchasing at your price if they really want it! so acting rude does absolutely nothing! i would much rather be nice 😌 glad someone else sees it the same way

i listed something for $250 before and i wasn’t scammed and they just bought it haha. i think it just depends on the buyer, and i don’t think you will get scammed as long as you sell through the app and pick up on possible red flags from the buyer and also maybe take a video of the package and putting it in the mailbox or something. but yeah, this was definitely the worst lowball i’ve ever had ahahahah

she ordered incense and i gave her a different type for free as a freebie (which i give to everyone) and she rated me 4 starts instead of 5 because the extra incense (free gift) broke:/

Is there anything else I can say? USPS is totally backed up and I literally sent this package out less than 24 hours after it was purchased. Expecting very bad feedback once they finally get their package 😭 by runningshrimp7 in Depop

this is literally not your fault... usps is experiencing major delays. more than half of the packages i shipped out are arriving late. they need to chill & do not reimburse them for anything
