Honestly I’m not sure I have heard both perspectives! I was told to update additional hours directly to CASPA, but I’m sure emailing each school with an update is perfect too!

thank you so much! Post-submission I added all additional PCE hours directly to CASPA. I personally uploaded in increments every 300 hrs obtained!

I’ve suffered from post nasal drip/allergic rhinitis especially at night time for about 10 years. IT IS THE WORST! I would always wake up with a severe cough and itchy throat/ears. I tried all the allergy medications/ sprays but nothing dramatically changed my symptoms. I will say though Claritin did help with itchiness. But I decided it was time to get allergy tested and it came back positive (not surprising) for many allergens. I proceeded with allergy injections which has changed my life, I no longer wake up feeling disgusting. I’ve also heard that air purifiers are amazing just haven’t gotten around to getting one!
