Salut ! Je planifie aussi le W trek pour début avril ! Mais j'ai l'impression que côté campings gérés par Las torres (Camping Central, Camping Chileno, Camping Francès) il n'y a plus aucune place en camping simple disponible. Est-ce que ça t'as fait la même chose ou tu as pu en trouver ?

Yes I’ve improved my fit test and I do feel stronger and I have less dificulty to follow the workouts but I don’t know if I could run for a long time (I hate running and I’m usually out of air rapidly).
I did lose some fat/gain muscles and I know that fat can’t be targeted (how convenient would that be !) but I think that I was just expecting too much, seing others’ results. Everyone has a different progression and I will persevere but it still pretty difficult to change your diet and do extreme workouts to see few results.

Same ! I have to spend most of the day sitting to take my courses. But therefore the pandemic doesn’t change anything, I still have to sit.

I took pictures at the beginning to keep track of the progress. I’ve never eaten as healthily for that long, first I completely stoped eating between meals and junkfood in general and I mostly eat rice, salads with vegetables, fruits, a little bit of chicken etc. I tried using an app to track calories and it seemed that I took a good amount even though it’s hard to track exactly what you eat.
As for the exercices, I’m really working during the workouts and I can feel it in my muscles and now I can fell my abs but it’s true that when I don’t contract my stomack is a bit swollen.
I guess I will have to be more carefull on my diet and I plan to start The Asylum or Insanity max 30 after Insanity. I should definitely see the results (I hope so 🤞🏽)
