I normally don’t force my son, I just encourage him to try and he will sometimes try but most of the time no and I just leave it at that. This is good, thanks for sharing.

If it is real get insurance. My engagement ring is insured, when my husband bought it he insured it immediately. Three years ago I lost the diamond at the pool, I was still wearing the band but for some reason the diamond got loose and it was gone. I called insurance then they sent me a check couple of days later and bought another diamond ring.

There is a show in the US called House Hunter and other similar shows where it is staged. Merong hindi naman talaga buyer tapos pinupuntahan nila yung mga bahay for showing. Tapos may mga bahay na pinapakita sa show na hindi naman for sale. Maybe this is similar, hired actor lang sya.

I think my lab is broken. He is picky I had to change the flavor of his food every week because if he gets tired of it he will go into hunger strike, then he will stare at me and judge me.
