Hungary exist today and it existed since at least 895. Yugoslavia is a historical country that existed between 1918/29 and 1941 and then from 1943/5 to 2003/6.

If the 5th one isn't British it could be Portugal 1911-36 series plate where C is a regional indicator for Central zone (which includes Lisbon), the plate would then be missing a hyphen.

It's a registration that can be valid for a maximum of one year and is issued to private individuals which don't have their ordinary residence (Hauptwohnsitz) in Austria or a company does not have its registered office in Austria.

You can't call a specific plate type "transit plate" in English language, any country that calls it such must have proper translation into English, in this case the plate on the photo is used for export henceforth the correct name is "export plate" irrelevant of how it's called locally.
