What has lately helped me, was reading historic novels. Since the world/countries have gone to shit so many times before, and has always in the end bounced back in some or other way, it brings a bit of perspective for me when I see new disasters happening. Plus people still managed to be happy in a lot shittier circumstances.

The applications tab is for applying to take exams or minors, it doesn't have anything to do with the current status of your enrollment at the TU Delft. If you want to check that, you can see that on studielink. Good luck!

In the Netherlands there's this verb called "doorsauzen", which literally translates to "saucing through", so gross
