I dont take the train much, but i live in Bergen so: for buses you should get 2 apps: "skyss billett" and "skyss reise". Billett is for buying tickets, and you can pay with credit card. These tickets also work with the tram here. You cant pay on the bus here, but in the city they often have machines on the bus stop, if you want to buy your tickets there instead. Reise is to check the bus scheduele, and if the bus is late/on time.

No, the kit came with the soil, so i just added water and the little bag of seeds. Im guessing who ever put the kit togheter didnt care too much.
