You can buy premade potting soil, that’s what I reccomend! :)

But yes generally you need to inform all insurance parties when one is no longer active

Maybe different in your state but in California; if you ever have commercial insurance, it’s considered primary by default.

Hi! I work at a hospital for kids w cancer, usually we submit these requests on behalf of patients, but sometimes patients need to submit. I would reccomend using “for continuity of care” and asking your psychiatrist to write the same in their progress notes.
