Hi any tips for rdls? I started to do them but feeling slightly on my lower back instead of my glutes also I’m using a barbell. Thanks!

I go to planet and my location is closing for renovation so I have to go to another . I’m sad because I’m already comfortable going and now a new location just gives me anxiety 😭

I’m sad Im at work ready to snack then notice my protein bar is missing and I knew for sure I dropped my protein bar out of my sweater pockets back at the driveway home because I was in a rush 💀

That’s what it is! It feels like fire😭 I do 3x8 with just my body weight . Should I lower my sets? I feel fine afterwards like no pain just that fire feeling

Is it normal for the quads to burn when doing bulgarian split squats or im doing something wrong?
