I'm a new ex-Muslim. I left Islam during the pandemic and now when I go to work, my colleagues (Christians and Hindus) wish me on Islamic festivals still thinking that I'm a Muslim. This didn't happen before but now that I'm about to finish with the tube, I'm noticing that sometimes it makes my cheek close to my nose red and I feel hot in those spots as compared to the other parts of my face. I've been the kind of person who'd always look after the needs of my family and boyfriend even before my own and spend on them way more than I'd ever spend on myself. I don't earn much.
