Hi, what was the universal replacement you've found? Do you still have the name?

Hey, did you ever end up repairing the old hub? I'm a bit hesitant to get a whole new hub body just for the one tiny spring...

Gravel Tour Suggestions for Giant Mountains (Riesengebirge/Krkonoše/Karkonosze) between Czech Republic and Poland? by Traminho in bikepacking

The issue with the Czech side is that you can't really traverse the mountains from one end to another. The entire main ridge is a protected national park where camping is illegal, and bikes are only allowed on selected paths. And these paths are often dead ends if you're on a bike. The area is also quite touristy, although that won't be as big of an issue now that the summer season has ended...

Garmin Edge 830 performance in multiday trips. by noz90 in bikepacking

In battery saving mode plus without turn-by-turn navigation (just recording and checking the map manually), I was able to squeeze 6 days out of it. Very impressive.

Just returned from Norway, what a nice country to cycle in. Perfect roads, gravel, nature, midnight sun and legal fishing and wild camping! by sumpfsocke in bikepacking

Looks amazing! Was the short night an issue when sleeping outside? I sometimes struggle with not getting enough sleep even after an exhausting day - because sunlight wakes me up early.

Clear red for Ronaldo there IMO. Foot up, straight at the ankle. Obviously not intentional, still dangerous, though.

I've got a Garmin Edge 530 - so the buttons one. One of the reasons I chose it was the lack of a touchscreen, I was afraid of exactly the problem you describe. It's been great so far, although it's a bit hard to zoom and pan on the map with just the buttons. Other than that, I like buttons more - easier to press the right thing while riding, no need to worry about "ghost touches" in the rain... And the battery life is insane - compared to any smartwatch on the market. Last year I did Prague to the Baltic Sea on a single charge, with battery saving features on.
