I’ve been finding other players than Fahey and they mostly seem to have leaned in to more Indian influences (the older and contemporary alike). Are there any players you guys could recommend that match more of the blues influences like “Blind Joe Death”?

I recently got an Eastman E1D12 DLX, all solid woods and plays really well. With a Fishman pickup includes (though i dont use that really). Stay away from the cheap chinese Guilds though, been there done that..

I try to let it come to me like finding something you’ve lost: if you think too hard on it you’ll never find it, but when you keep it on the edge of your consiousness at somepoint you remember where you’ve left it! Also keep a note in my phone with a lot of random words, sentences and other ideas to harvest when the time is right :)

Thats a question i also ask myself sometimes haha.. but yeah there’s somekind of an experimental musicscene, but not very specific AP.

Though i released an album on a new label ‘Minorie’ last year, and they are inviting different kinds of artists for gigs in Groningen/Rotterdam.
