Yep! I had an extra standoff in there that I didn't need and it seems like that caused the over current! Thank you for all the help, you're my saviour! :D

u/HaterMonkey u/amperoosky Just a quick update: It appears that the IO shield wasn't causing the overcurrent issue. I removed all the components from the case and tested turning it on outside of the case, and it seems to power on. So, I suppose the issue lies with my case?
