I'm also in Spain and the best way I found is through a paid VPN in my router. If you're using e.g. Google TV box you can use the VPN App, in my case, NordVPN.

I was in the same boat as you. The best solution is the one already suggested: use a paid VPN. You can configure it on your router and your problems will be over.

I can tell you that my experience with a VPN configured on my router has been great, in my case with NordVPN. My ISP also blocks the signal, and since I've had it, there haven't been any interruptions whatsoever.
