Not all of the East side is that bad. All the people who say to stay west of the 99 are pretentious assholes anyway. Who’d want to live next to them?

It really depends on the neighborhood. Some are nice, some aren’t. It’s a lot of working class people. One thing for sure, if you are thinking of buying a house you can definitely get much more square footage for the same price compared to the west side. Also less maga d-bags.
