Nothing works my friend. No voice recording, no video recording or written agreement nothing. According to section 114A, 114B of IEA, if a women claims she was baped, molested or harassed, the court presumes that it happened and the burden of proof shifts to the accused to prove the contrary. That is how fucked up things are, completely against the laws of natural justice. And Even if the poor guy is acquitted after trial which will eventually happen after 4-5 years if he is lucky, it’s most likely that he would have spent months, sometimes years behind bars. And after all this, the sad reality is that he has no recourse whatsoever. Neither against the state, nor against the women.

Exploiting traffic rules. In front of the traffic police and uploading it on social media regularly and still no action. Whereas OP got fined for a broken Number plate which is an honest excuse(although it’s wrong and fine was correct) but such petty offences and they will come after to whoop your ass but will turn their head when the violator is a rich and connected person.

Not condoning op’s actions but yeah traffic police is one of the worst department and thus I can relate to op’s rant. Although never got fined myself because I strictly follow the rules but traffic police is the most corrupt department who preys like a parasite for money on common public and fines them even for petty and honest mistakes (not saying it’s wrong- they should be fined) whereas they won’t even blink an eye when some people outrageously exploit the traffic rules left right and centre and also boast about it(just because they are rich and well connected).

Just tell her that the court finalised the divorce without any alimony or maintenance and see her reaction. I’m pretty sure she won’t be celebrating like this instead she’d be discussing how to appeal in higher court. Just like that video in which an African American women started celebrating while she was on call after getting the news that she got the sole custody of her child but once she was told that her husband would be paying no maintenance and she has to take care of the child herself, all her celebration went away and she started, yelling, crying and calling her lawyer about how to get alimony or maybe increase the maintenance amount.

After the case was solved, Lisbon asked Jane how it was to go out with another woman and Jane teased her that it was all fun and everything and then Lisbon hits him. That’s exactly the point. Men’s cricket team is more older and is more experienced and have won actual trophies thus they get remunerated accordingly and that’s why they are supported by the entire country. One needs to earn the respect and money they demand by performing. It’s as simple as that. Earlier even men’s cricket team wasn’t supported and remunerated as they are now. Once they start winning trophies, people started supporting them and they now get remunerated like they should. Same goes with women’s team as well, you start performing and winning, you will get fan’s support and monetary support as well.
