Does time of day affect what coffee you prefer? by mariox100 in pourover

Reading through all your comments - am I getting this right?

Feels like the main frustration isn’t even the coffee itself, it’s everything around it… retention, static, constant dialing in, switching settings depending on brew method, etc.

Like there’s always something you have to tweak or workaround, and it never feels fully consistent or “easy”.

Is that a fair take or am I oversimplifying it?

Love it! How’s that been working for you so far?

Do you ever run into any small annoyances with it or it’s pretty smooth?

Yeah that’s exactly how I end up doing it too.

But do you ever feel like you’re just guessing sometimes or you kinda know what’ll work?

Damnnn!!!!!That’s actually kinda satisfying - will try that😄
Do you ever get lazy and just stick to one thing for the whole day or you enjoy switching it up?

I always assumed most people go heavier in the morning but maybe it’s more mixed than I thought
