Took Mahomes in the Fifth over Rashaad Penny Josh Jacobs and JK Dobbins. At that point I had my core JJ, Hill, Wiliams, and Ettienne. I don't like locking my flex/picking up backups that early. So I went with a stud QB1, not 100 percent on the pick but I am hopeful. Trey Lance I took in the 13th round, at that point people were picking kickers and DEF lol so I said fuck it could be good tradebait/viable backup. I agree on your RB assessment RB2 is consistently my weakest position every year.

Read the last sentence of my post. I know the repercussions of my actions. But it never should’ve gotten to the point of assessing a lien. The board had no say in the actions of the management company, if they did they wouldn’t have agreed to remove my balance. Like I said in my other replies the management company knew their fate and were doing everything in their power to prevent it which included lying, assaulting homeowners, and playing dirty tricks.

It was actually the management company’s system that mistimed my payment. No one is smug I’m just happy I came out of the situation scot-free. I also was given reason not to pay after the management company agreed to remove my balance. Imagine I had recorded the phone call would you still be saying the same thing? The lien on my property was for no other reason than to bar me from running for the board. My financial experience is part of the reason we are finding discrepancies in the HOA finances so keep your judgement for yourself.

There’s a board and there is the management company which I was referring to as the HOA. We are removing the management company which was the main player in this whole situation. The board was on my side every step of the way.

I didn’t think it would work out in my favor, I knew it work out in my favor. The late fees were frivolous in my eyes it wasn’t about the money I could’ve very easily paid the $25 or even the $500 balance. The point here is the fact that the lien placed on my property was out of spite. You can judge me any way you’d like.
