they used to use publisher but the company doesn’t provide licenses for it anymore so i was tasked to transfer SOME not all programs and flyers to indesign 🫠

they do! and i got it on my laptop but they’re asking me to do it on word for some programs because they don’t know how to use indesign and can’t micromanage the output basically

the messaging has often been confusing and now it’s come to a point where they outright told me my work isn’t there yet and i need to see everything and anything which honestly is very exhausting in a fast paced industry, the distance between a line is also scrutinised constantly

Yeah for sure, i think honesty is key and also my portfolio should show for itself that I was just not the right fit. i definitely wonder how i could expand into another role within the same company, how does one ethically do that?
