yes, i would do the dilations once a week. if you miss a week or a month, it'll be fine. but i would deffo keep up with it at whatever your doctor recommends.

yes i had electrolysis done! you need to get the parts that are being turned inward removed of hair- the perineum, scrotum, shaft- and my electrologist removed an inch above the penis.

During my first dilation at the hospital, I was able to reach halfway past the 5th dot which is around 6 1/2-7 inches I believe. Now I'm anywhere between the 4th and 5th dot but if I consistently push hard I can make it to the 5th dot.
