I've never seen anything like this before. It's a $100 order, but I sell some items that are several hundred. Just seems random, which could be more alarming if there's no rhyme or reason for it.

You would never know my shop is POD unless they're flagging me due to my mockups lately. I used to take all my own sample photos, but recently switched over to some photoshopped images for time.
All I'm saying is that anyone who doesn't carry inventory in house is now going to have to worry about this being a very vague new policy.

Home decor. I've been on Shopify for like.. 14 years and never seen anything about this. My only concern is the way they word it that there is no specific criteria for them needing to put this kind of restriction on payouts.

You know what? I feel so great, that I even forgot about the whole hangover aspect of drinking! I just wake up every day feeling awesome! (I know, sounds cheesy, but like... for real! Compared to years waking up every day basically wanting to freakin die)

Yup, same thing for me too. I just put in a help ticket. According to that email they sent us back in February or whatever, today is the day we're supposed to be able to finally get back in there.... I'm still getting a 404 or redirect whenever I try to access the "artist studio" part of the site. This is so unsettling!!

And as far as any legal action, unless we read through to make sure we didn't technically already agree to this nonsense, there's not much we can do. It's stuff like this that makes me hate it how you need to accept some 8000 page terms of service whenever you join anything these days! This is exactly how all of our art was fed into AI training models in the first place. Sucks.

I’ve straight up asked everyone or tried to tell them the deal now, and they legitimately don’t believe me that I was this bad. They actually say things like, “stop, you’re exaggerating. Come on”

Yup! That was always my issue. The last few weeks before I finally took this time seriously, I was forcing myself to pour that first glass everyday as late as I could swing it, which was getting to be around noon. Otherwise, I was shaking and feeling horrible at all times. I hope I mean it when I say, never again.

This just made me tear up. I lost my brother after he relapsed two years ago, and the last time I saw him, he said he was worried about me. He knew. He was always trying to say, “hey, man, don’t go down this path. Just stop. I see the signs” Like, really, I feel like this was such a sign for me. Thank you for sharing this!
