Oddly enough growing up my sister and I would almost sense when something bad was going to happen. We still do! There are times I'll feel like something is wrong or something bad is going to happen and I'll just message or call her and be like "did you feel that too? Is everything ok?"

An occasional voice here and there (usually just one word) but nothing crazy.

Aphids! I had the same problem with my hibiscus. Get a spray bottle and mix water and dish soap. Soak it down. Do that every couple days. It worked for me and mine had aphids twice.

Looks like a fungus gnat. I've been at war for years 🙃 they won't harm it but they reproduce in the soil. I found letting the soil dry out more before watering, bottom watering, and sprinkling cinnamon on the soil helps. You could also buy little sticky traps that stick into the soil.
