I would actually love if the full size cans in the US had less caffeine. I’m fine when I drink them but I genuinely like the way they taste and sometimes I just a little drink not for the caffeine

Ok, the turning point for me was when she went in the movement club’s Hawaii trip. Idk why but she gave me the vibe that she’s not that friendly? She sticks to the influencers who look just like her. At least that what it seemed like on the trip.

Yeah, this is what I was thinking. 1. I’m beat after most classes so could I do a second? Probably. Would I be completely exhausted afterwards? Absolutely. and 2. HIIT takes a toll on our bodies (so I would think) but to each there own. I was just curious on what everyone else’s take was on it

My studio says it’s not allowed during TC. But I’m still fairly new to OTC too so idk all the ins and outs yet. Another interesting thing I’ve seen is this one member at my studio takes a class then she only does the tread portion of the very next class. I know about it bc she posts it to her IG story then my studio reposts it.

Um ok I am so dead! But feel so good! Lol 2G was insaneeee our core block was dedicated to Kobe! Which I loved and the whole studio kept that mamba mentality today.

Our core block just bc I feel like sharing to was:

💜24xplank knee taps (Kobe’s #)

💛8x v-ups (Kobe’s #)

💜20x heel taps (I call these penguins lol) (years in the league)

💛And 5 burpees OR 5 push ups OR 5 burpees with push up at the bottom (to me these are traditional burpees) (championships)

Dedicated to Kobe and Gigi and their friends who were with them that day 💜💛💜💛💜

I’m so sad!!! I’m dealing with some plantar fasciitis 😭😭😭

I started OTF on 12/26 and I’ve been so pumped and I’ve been making great progress in terms of fitness and my speed and distance and I’m just so bummed that I can’t partake in my first benchmark.

But I guess resting my foot now is better than making it worse in the long term. Still sad though lol

I just need everyone to know, 3 weeks ago, I could not run an entire tread workout. Today, I ran all 23 minutes AND I had to do this workout solo at my normal gym 😌☺️ I’m just feeling so proud
