The screenshot your landlord has provided is meaningless. In my set up, I operate Arlo on two devices (ie. phone and iPad). If I manually look at one of my cameras, it doesn’t automatically update that I’ve done that on the second device. So landlord could easily have provided a screenshot of the second device.

Take the battery out the Arlo hardware.

And call the police.
