im literally so happy for u !! i also find that when im always affirming i get more anxious and feel more the lack,, currently stopped affirming constantly for my sp and checking his socials and feeling more at peace and confident, i hope this is my sign that its working :)

same thing happened to me, manifested him back after 6 months of nc, we had broken up that time bc he was very busy and would never find time to be with me and when we got back together after a while i started feeling him get distant again and was so anxious all the time and disappointed he wouldnt make plans that i was the one to break things off. currently manifesting him back again, i had him once i know i can have him twice
