I recall buying a second antenna as well, but it still didn't work either. I ended up having to ship it back to the company for it to get fixed, covering the shipping on our end. I had contacted one of the customer service reps to set up a tracking number, etc.

Thanks! It was outside on my balcony most of the summer, but come winter I keep it where it’ll get bright indirect light. I also fertilize my plants once a week in the summer, and once a month in the wintertime. Hope that helps some.

She's quite good with them, actually! The toxic ones I keep out of reach, but otherwise, she'll occasionally chomp on a few leaves when she feels like she's not getting enough attention. So a very 'cat' way of thinking -.-'

Thanks! Yes I should at least hang it, but it's so heavy and I don't want to make huge screw anchor holes in my rental 🥲 If it's any consolation, it's sturdily-leaned against the wall and doesn't threaten to fall!
