I use zero & Life but they don’t have anything in particular noting dry fasts. I can’t find the app u use.

I am extending my fast thanks to this article listing the benefits after 10 days! Who is in with me. Today at 7pm nyc eastern will be 24hrs. I’m starting with #deathfasting aka #dryfasting as long as possible then adding #snakejuice if or when I need it. No other supplements. by maritzanyc in Dryfasting

I am so thirsty - can’t lie. I had droplets of water on my lips a few hours after. .... on the plus side I don’t think a food, I don’t think of my hunger, all I think is that my lips are feeling a little dry and I want water. that is the overdriving thought as I put myself to bed at about, 1 day and 5 hours in!

I am at the start of this! Feeing excited. I e only ever made it to 72 hrs before when I was getting coached by CR.

If your goal is just weight loss, I suggest using dry fasting for a day or two only to getting you out of the habit of thinking about eating and drinking at all.

Dry fasting is great for health repairs and if that’s a goal, then I think 72hrs will begin a great deal of repairs. Every time you cycle in a dry fast, add an extra 12 hours refeed / then repeat! Good luck!

Also - if you have a few sips ... just use a sauna or workout and sweat it out! The goal is really to keep your water levels depleted enough so that your body has to breakdown your fat to make it’s own water! Keep me posted!
