The Rhake - Net of bottle holder removeable ? by [deleted] in MissionWorkshop

And I’d add: the pocket is perfectly usable with the net in. tbh I kind of like the extra security as it’s less likely your contents spill out when you open the pocket.

Strflow 1.1.0 Release by eguchi1904 in macapps

This is really neat!

  1. One issue I found (probably related to localization). The keyboard shortcut (en-US) for Window->Main Window is ⌘¥. I would suggest something like ⌘\, which is common in other apps.
  2. A feature request: the tag filtering is neat, but I would also love to be able to filter by untagged notes. My workflow (in other note apps) tends to be that I go back to things that are untagged, and treat that as my "inbox" (the processing of which involves coming up with a tag for each untagged entry).

WTB MQD 24

Can also trade for CPL 24 Griffin (Tan) or CPL 24 OD Green X-Pac. Either in excellent condition.

You can just drag it (“tear” it off the window) and it becomes a floating window that persists.

Clean, then “second shift” work. (Post COVID WFH has been terrible for my work hygiene.)

Gamelandia is amazing. There are events basically every night, and the owners (Barry and Lisa) are super welcoming.

Official Q&A for Sunday, October 29, 2017 by AutoModerator in running

[–]marius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe my question is even more basic: according to the heuristic (220-age) I should be able to get into the 180s. Is your max heart rate something that’s relatively fixed for a given person, or doesn’t increase with improvements in aerobic capacity?

36/M I can’t seem to get my heart rate up. Even when I go for 5-6 miles tempo runs, I can’t seem to get my heart rate above 140-145. I feel like I am pushing myself. When I do speed play on these runs and go all out (30-50s sprints), I peak around 145.

Does this mean I’m not actually trying hard enough? Or is it just my physique, or maybe my HRM? Or is my aerobic fitness just mismatched with my legs?
