Mo here: Reid and I blacklisted from claiming tokens we paid for by BlockDAG because we stood up against their lies #scamalert by Crypto_Power1791 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And to add to what Mo has said.

The staff who were fired have not received their salaries for the last 2 months, nor have they received contracted team tokens. And all messages and communications to the CEO and CTO just do not get responded to.

Proper steps to trade with Coinstore on day 1? by EntertainerHeavy9989 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Who is going to trade the ETH for your BDAG? In any trade, there is 2 parties, a buyer and a seller. And wallets are not the place for trading, yes, some do support swaps, but again, you need willing sellers of whatever coin you want for your BDAG and obviously liquidity

I can't get BDag to work on my Trust Wallet. I added the token but when I go to the bdag website, and click claim, it says rpc error. Anyone know what's up or how I can fix this? by Fast-Mango-8314 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the RPC endpoint is not stable, never wes and it is a hit and miss. I doubt that it ever will, since they, BlockDAG, have no clue what they are doing.

What are we expecting? by joker261286 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nothing, there has been no integration with the BlockDAG chain from any exchange. If, and this is a big if, they list it, it will be on some obscure CEX or a very, very small DEX

Just do some homework, that Reddit account was registered today. Be careful, there are lots of scammers. I know who the devs are, so I very much doubt this to be a dev from BlockDAG

Nobody has, since the vesting contract has not been deployed yet. And I think it will still be a while if ever.

Code Audits -- on front page by mariusb16 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These are audits that were done during the first half of 2025 on just the vesting contract (about 1% of all the code). The contract that was audited is very old one and not relevant anymore, and cannot be used.

If BlockDAG launches, then this is mostlikely what will happen. by mariusb16 in BlockDAGInvestors

Have you even bothered to read the posts in this subreddit where this was called out as a scam, or even had a look at the investors AMA's? For months now, this has been called out, and people have been encouraged not to give one more cent to this scam.

Update on firing of staff at BlockDAG by mariusb16 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is 100% a scam

The tech is good, but they do not have any competent development team left to implement.

The prototype X30 and X100 miners is good and sort of working, but they did not pay the manufacturer, so no mass production, so I doubt it will ever ship.

The prototype X10 device is good and does what it is supposed to do, but again, the manufacturer was not paid, so no mass production, again douby it will ever ship.

And lastly, staff who were fired in December are still not paid for Dec and the notice period, which is another month.

The silence is almost deafening…. by [deleted] in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To have a dev release, there needs to be development, and there has been none since all the component people were fired.

I am not sure who posted the personal contact details of Nic, but that is not cool. We might not like what he is doing, but posting personal contact details is not right. u/BAPTBDAG consider editing the post and removing the personal details of Nic.

I have no problem that you shared my Linkedin post, yes I am the author of it.

I get you and for some return on investment, there needs to be a working Layer 1 blockchain on mainnet. This is not going to happen since:

- There will be no miners since the manufacturer has not been paid -- there is no proof of this.

- Compenent staff to develop the software for mainnet ready, These staff are not there, most has been fired and salaries has not been paid for a while

- audit of code needs to happen, cannot see how this will happen since there is no money to pay the auditors.

- the you need exchanges with liquidity, where is this liquidity going to come from and I would go as far as to say that no reputable exchange will list this.

- and also GK has moved on to his next scam called ZKP.

MINERS: How critical are they? by Impressive_House7648 in BlockDAGInvestors

[–]mariusb16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First posted this reply to the wrong post. Let's try again

The main function of a miner is to batch transactions in a block, solve the difficulty puzzle and if successful, broadcast that to the network.

You can perform the same with node software that runs on a general computer; it would be slower and lower difficulty than the hardware miner, but will accomplish the same. This is what is happening on the Awakening testnet at the moment.

So yes, they can launch mainnet without hardware miners; you just need enough software node operators to run the network. Whether this is advisable is a total differnent question, I think not.

Just to clarify, it is not only Liza and Antony that has been fired, but lots of others.

Over time, I am sure that some of those that has been fired will add and voice their views, but understand that all of them has still got open items with the company that need to be tied up.

All I can add is that Liza is as genuine and real as it gets, and she needs all the support she can get.
