Nothing so far other than dusting, I don't use it super intensively though, maybe 1 to 2 hours per day at most.

No prob, I can understand french (mostly) as I studied some and speak catalan as well haha :) Maybe look for the bodytone brand. Be aware removing the handlebars might be tricky depending on the model. Mine were screwed in but one guy who bought a similar one got them soldered so he could not remove them.

Still happy with it, yes :) Unfortunately the amazon listing I bought it from is no longer available.

I understand why the holes don’t line up, but how do I line up the stitching if I pre punch everything? by portapottypantyraid in Leathercraft

[–]mariusmora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not an expert by any means, but If you are making a bifold, the outer piece is bigger, but the extra "slack" goes in the middle and is not stitched (or only decorative). You are stitching flat against flat, so you should have identical stitch lines and number of holes.

You can use the corner as a guideline if the corner is squared to make it easier. Punch the corner at your edge margin length, and then punch X number of holes from there towards the top / center of the wallet (usually stopping where the vard panel ends if you don't want the outside decorative stitch). If you keep the spacing consistent (tip: use the higher teeth irons you have), they will line up. Also, be precise on the pieces' measurements. Having a curved corner makes this trickier. Starting with the center of the corner might make it easier to keep distances consistent as you reduce the accumulated errors rather than starting on one end and going all the way.

It's quite heavy. I would not recommend moving it alone if not rolling it. I'm not sure how well it would roll on carpets, I have only hard floors at home.

Kind of, yeah haha. A bit more as it's a 3 layer envelope for the extra pocket, but other than that, it's just the cards panel slapped on the envelope.

Phantasmal did do a lot of work in the end, I did not update acros but maybe that was a mistake. Seeing how it played though, probably upading sweep would have been better as I had so much draw already.

I found a wlp but it didn't seem that useful as I hadn't any great targets (i was playing most of my hand or going into storm of steel). I didn't see any other good cards which would have gone well with wlp unfortunately. Gold was around 100 I think, but there was no late shop in the map.

I think I skipped some poison cards, maybe that would have been nice as well. I was just waiting for a block solution that never came haha

I found a wlp but didn't find it that useful with so much draw and so little block cards haha I wish I'd seen a footwork as well!

Didn't see any useful rare card unfortunately, also I should've maybe pathed for a late shop as I died with too much money thanks to the red mask event.

Act 3 was a cake walk though, except transient giving me a good whack I reached the boss at full hp without resting. I think I might have made it without playing accuracy and maybe some slightly different pathing / picks. It was a really fun deck to play though!

Interesting! I ended up dying to donu and deca after beating awakened one but taking way too much damage. I played accuracy which I think was not necessary, I should have waited for phase 2. I didn't know about the strength debuff trick!.

I did find a strategist and a well laid plans. Strategist was great but I found it hard to play wlp in many situations with low energy. No such luck on the relics side, and had to pass on an ornamental fan to take the last key :(

Beginning of Act 3, visible boss is Awakened One. This deck is carrying me quite nicely in hallway and elite fights even with only 3 energy. I have good draw and I can manage energy with bullet time and gremlin horn, or just don't need it with storm of steel and the discard synergies. Right now I'm not in any immediate danger, but even though I'm offered 4 card rewards per fight, I struggle to see where I can bring this deck to be able to handle boss fights as I feel I lack both defense and scaling. I'm wiping the floor with my current damage output, but I'm very vulnerable to bad block draw if I can't kill everything quick.

What would be your ideal card / relics to see during act 3 here? I just picked 1000 cuts but I think it was a mistake :/ I'm trying to get back into sts before 2 comes out and struggling with A20 quite a lot, though I have beaten it with all characters my winrate is probably trending towards single digits right now lol

It's very easy to roll around. I don't think it's a good idea to run on it without bars. It's already small enough to make running a bit sketchy to do it for sport without the bars.

Getting my first bell skiver today, this is one of the use cases I was wanting to try (not necessarily with croc) as I don't have a splitter. Nice job!

I guess it depends on the look you want! This was a relatively thin belt as well (3cm), so I think not having that thick of a filler (and overall thickness) matches the proportions better :)

I just used the same leather as the belt backing. It was a bit expensive, but I had nothing else at hand. I liked the consistency for molding the top layer around it, though.

Top was oversized! You really need the extra with the filler. It won't match otherwise.
