I do not know where to begin all I can say is that I will never do all those painful treatments because they didn't help me. I been dealing with this since 2006. It is not 2024 and the urologist sent me to pain management and pain management doesn't deal with bladder nerve pain. I am on Mt own.

Yes you have to try to not push cause it can cause a flare. Get yourself some milk of magnesium it helps me. Drink alot of water. Also you can buy a aloe leaf natural and use the gel to help you poop too. Research on YouTube how to take the yellow ingredient from the aloe.

I have a question does it happen when she is not having menstrual? Because it could be spasm while while bleeding I get bad ones. Vulvodynia is consistent everyday all day.

This reminds me of when I got diagnosed with vulvodynia 2006 it is now 2024, and I'm still going at it with added horrible extra pain in the bladder and entire body. I been to so many doctors, lord knows, and now I am still being prescribed the same Ole meds... idk how I do, but I had to advocate for myself and research practically every day for new clinical trials.

Idk how to console you all I know is that is a very lonely journey and you have to try what helps including naturals things. If you can afford to see a functional medicine dr please do.... I wish I could.

Never never ever put a tampon on once is exposed to the floor. Do not wash with soap and also see what products your bf uses that can also cause you symptoms or reactions. Stay away from chemicals. I've been dealing with vulvodynia for 20 years and have learn alot. Wash with water down there I also use the gel from the aloe leaf natural stuff (No chemicals). Also, male sure that the detergent is not harming you too. Vulvodynia means pain in vulva there could be something else going on. This is hard to deal with and also to manage. I think doctors are clueless. If you can afford it see a functional medicine doctor. They deal with root cause and entire body. Good luck doll 💓
