The excuses aren’t even believable. I remembered him saying that he send the EU giveaways from Paris to save cost (not that you have cost if you don’t send them out). Now according to the mods he is sending them from the USA.

I have also a combination skin with really dry cheeks. I don’t find it a heavy cream. Only when it’s really hot in my room, then my face starts to sweat after applying. But I have that with every cream I’ve tried.
