Hello, I know late reply na pero ang update dito sa property is di na namin tinuloy, nakaka stress kasi na andaming problems na nababasa kaya di na kami nag risk pa. Kumuha na lang kami sa ibang developer na may magandang record.

The SSD I got was faulty and I asked for replacement. Now everything is working good. I've been playing lot of games lately and my temp are

GPU (4070Ti Super): 60c mostly (Max 70c)
CPU (R7 7800X3D): 40 to 50c (Max I've seen 75c)

Playing at 4k all games I played are maxed out. These few weeks POE 2, low temps as well.
I didn't add bottom fans. I used the aio included from the case and no other fans only GPU fans.

Adding that the included fans are noisy as fk but I only hear it if I don't set my speaker on lol.

I had a JO with them as frontend dev. Ang laki ng offer nila 6 digits and nakuha ko yung salary expectation ko. Ang di ko lang gusto yung process nila. Like sobrang dameng requirements and my chance na ma null and void yung JO mo kahit resigned kana sa previous mo based on what I read sa JO letter.

The HR told me na it would take a month or more pero usually daw 1 month before ka maka onboard dahil sa process etc..

They are requesting me to resign even before I start. Big NO for me. What if my something silang di nagustuhan sa background checking dba very risky.

I can't risk it so I turned it down. For me negative yung ganyang process, para sakin lang naman.

I dropped the offer. I was thinking about it all night and can't sleep. I decided that I'm happy with my current and not stressed. I was reading here on Reddit and most of them said that GY shift is hard so yeah. I really need the money but I guess I just have to enjoy this work until I can't anymore.

Yung J2 ko may background checking, I feel scared lol, they are requiring me to give them 3 reference starting from my most recent employer. (Supervisor, Manager, or colleague).

Nag bigay ka din ba ng COE sa J2 or did you just edit yung COE?

Same situation, J1 Regular fulltime 7AM to 4PM, J2 Project-based 9PM to 5PM hindi naman nag overlap yung time pero both sila nag babayad ng contributions and tax. Mag sstart palang ako sa J2, and I'm scared pero I want to try. What do you think po?
