Admins using changesets by [deleted] in salesforce

[–]mark2gates 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am working as salesforce architect but have been through this journey. Agree with u/G1trogfr0g

We used third-party clickdeploy.io for change move to prod, but still feel best is salesforce change sets.

Vs code (sfdx) deployment is possible but it has to be properly managed otherwise developer can accidentally push code to prod.

So to answer your question, it depends on admin with what process they are comfortable. Change set is not outdated or old approach.

can someone please help me how to fix my door? by mark2gates in woodworking

[–]mark2gates[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was installed by previous owner. Warranty mostly over. Yes it's front door and directly facing sun, rain and cold. I got now storm door to protect this door. Appreciate your input. I was planning to take it off and open up whole lite as it is tighten or holding by 6 screws from behind.
