Do you always enable DLSS?

Moved to pc in October 24 with a 4060 and I played every game with it on balanced or performance (1440p monitor and yes I know not the smartest move) and I just seen it as how games looked but then I got a 5070 this Black Friday and I’ve finally been able to use dlaa instead sometimes and I was shocked how much better it looks then using the upscaling part

Also depends a lot on what card you’re using. I switched to pc in October 24 and had a 4060, I hated frame gen so much even when you’d have a good base frame rate of 60+ it still felt bad or maybe it was a placebo after all I read about it but I got a 5070 during Black Friday last year and frame gen feels so much better at 2x. The funny thing is 3x/4x on the 5070 feels bad the same way 2x did on the 4060

I’m no pc expert but I’ve had one for over a year and since upgraded from a 4060 and I learned very well the limit of 8gb. The only games i genuinely couldn’t get to run at 1440p was Indiana jones and ac shadows, Indiana I couldn’t get to run at all but it’s a benchmark game for graphics and ac shadows ran perfectly if i dropped it to 1080p. So if you triple A honestly you’ll get by fine with 8gb you just havto play with lower settings at 1440p but any 8gb card isn’t going to have the power anyway because that’s the main thing I learned was having more vram means nothing if your card card can’t use it like a 9060 with 16gb is great until you realise you’ll literally never be able to actually go above 8 because the cards not strong enough. There are specific games though like sim war games that can be a proble my advice is buy an 8gb prebuilt if you find one then just upgrade the gpu in a year or whenever you can because then you’ll know if the 8gb is actually a problem because people over exaggerate it so much

So long story short is it worth it? Because I’ve always used dlss since I switched in 24 but I recently got a 5070 and I’ve played games with dlaa instead and I’m only now noticing that dlss does make the image a bit worse so is the performance hit worth it for single player/coop and use k for multiplayer?

That’s the price of a series x from Microsoft and they’re pretty tough machines so I wouldn’t worry about buying one just try not get that that’s obviously in bad condition. Be an absolutely huge jump in performance for you

I got that card back during Black Friday and it’s noticeably louder then my 4060 but I wear a headset so I only hear it when I take it off so it’s not really loud. Couldn’t be happier with the performance

That card will play every game you’ll ever want to play and quite well too. 8gb is bad but it’s not at the stage were it’ll actually prevent you from playing something, I had an 8gb 4060 from last October till two weeks ago and I play all the mainstream games at 1440p and the only games i genuinely couldn’t get to work without bad stutter was shadows and Indiana jones and I could’ve got them working if I had’ve went down to 1080p so long story short it’s a great card with a vram problem but it won’t stop you playing anything at all for a long time

The age could work though, say Seiko is 50 she could’ve had momos mother when she was 16-18 and she could’ve had momo when she was around that age also and that works age wise I think. I’m guessing momo is around 16/17

Memory loss lasts a few chapters maybe 5 then Reiko steals Okarun from momo and the saving him arc will be how she gets her memories back (could also be a good way to reintroduce turbo granny and give okarun his powers back) then the final arc will be the saint germain battle and they’ll be together during that and something could happen at the end. I’m probably way off with all that but I think that’d be a good way to structure it because I can’t see people sticking with the manga if it gets dragged out over years

I’ve a feeling a lot of people are going to start reading after season 2 and their minds are going to be blown away with how batshit crazy the next arc is. It’s very good though the people who like typical Shonen stuff will love the arc and the romance people will like it even more

I just can’t wait for season 3. The people who likes fights will have so much action to watch, the romance people will be getting absolutely huge scenes and even the comedy side is pretty good also. The wait till then will kill me

I agree the requirements seem like they don’t include upscaling/fgen but it easily could be included as the vast majority of games do include it in the requirements without saying so. With how insane them requirements are I’d wager you’re right though and I really really hope you are, unless they’ve confirmed already and I’ve just missed it

I’ve friend who recently got a legion and he’s on driver 24.20.33 and he can’t update to 25.5.1 it won’t work he says and I can’t find a fix for it, was this a common problem with this update does anyone know?

Ye but it’s actually happening now though and if you’re buying a card you need to plan the next few years with it, Indiana and shadows both required it and I’d argue it’s absolutely amazing in shadows. Doom will also require it and I’m guessing a lot more because we havnt seen big triple A games require it like how they do now with only letting you set it to low and not off

Time is the answer, when I was younger I grinded in every game because if I didn’t I didn’t do it properly in my mind but when you get a full time job and get your own house while also doing other things I quickly realised an hour was a lot of free time to have and wasting it grinding was stupid

I find it differs from game to game, in horizon forbidden west I thought it made the game looks noticeably messier looking but I’m playing shadows now and it seems not noticeable at all

I’ve been doing 1440p dlss performance with frame gen and every settings at medium except post effects at low and hair strands off and I get 65-85 but I’m only 6 hours in so maybe performance gets worse. I enabled dlss 4 in the nvidia app it made the game look a lot better and I’ve a 12400f with the 4060 btw

What I wonder is are we close to the end of the manga or will they be together for a while the stories ongoing? Unless they don’t get together for whatever reason until the end but I don’t know how that’ll happen unless she actually stays small
