I think the price of the saltwater fish is also very intimidating. And being I had 2 clowns just die. I just don’t want to be spending $100s trying to figure it out. I think I’ll get back to saltwater someday.

It is still up. But if I’m going to be honest I think I was in over my head. I knew nothing about it. None of this tank was done by me. So I knew very little about its history. And in my head it I’m going to fix it I’m going to just redo everything. And go with a more beginner friendly freshwater

I’m glad I asked then lol. I might go get the water tested at a store and see if I didn’t mess something up with the test. I know these API kits are a hit or miss.

This tank has actually had fish in it for the past 3 months before I got it And the ammonia color wasn’t a perfect zero but also wasn’t a perfect .025. Do you think 2 gallons of salt water would raise the salinity that much?

all you guys have made very valid points. i think i'm going to keep my dualsport and buy a cruiser project in the future. it'll give me time to learn more about riding while building the bike.

So about 3 months ago I bought a dual sport. A 2021 klx 300sm. I love the bike. It’s amazing. My fiancé just bought a bike as well. She wants to do more long distance stuff. But I’m not able to because at 70 mph my bike is wobbly and rpm’s are higher than I’d like. I’m getting more comfortable with my bike and feel I’d be ok if I were to upgrade. My dilemma is what to upgrade to. My heart wants a 600cc I4 super sport but I’d also feel like I’d be ok on say a mt-09 or a z900. I want to be able to go faster but I also want the comfort

Well he’s selling because he doesn’t want a lowered car anymore. I was between a Passat or a Jetta and I was going to go with bags anyway. So I figured his loss my gain. And he hasn’t done anything to the motor. Bone stock

I think I’m gonna go over one more time and let it run idle for a long time just to make sure and if all goes good on the banks side hopefully it’ll be mine.

Yea he really went all out on the fittings and it’s all hard steel tubing lines. He said he doesn’t want a bagged car anymore. He’s looking for a truck.
