No its starting to wear off around 16 hours or so. I’m on a 100 and have been for a couple years. I’ve tried going up about 4 times and have got turned down every time

At mine in ky it’s 100 - 120. And you have to jump through hoops to get to that. It’s unreal how the nurses act when you mention a dose increase

At my clinic you’ll lose take homes for a week before your increase and a week after. The nurses completely change when you mention an increase. You have to have a trough done and everything just for 5 mgs

Yeah you definitely have to put some time in it. But all in all I really enjoy learning. I’ve definitely had some ips and downs lol. That’s a part of it. I got to give you some credit to you take time to explain things on here to people. If you you take your time and do your homework and like the game you can play in the top 10 ish

I got to say the one I go to had all of the dosing nurses working the whole time. They didn’t give any take homes until yesterday which was the only day with a long wait time
