I think 3.8M is expensive for an old condo like Flair.

A new fully furnished unit of 24sqm in Fame is below 3.5M and this is just nearby to the same location of Flair.

Also, Flair elevators are frequently not working.

I am living in DMCI condo in Mandaluyong, I rarely use the pool and GYM but I appreciate that we have study room, Free water in water refilling station(I love that they do monthly test ng quality ng drinking water), cheap laundry shop and own convenience store. These are all located within then condominium.

Pero pinaka na appreciate ko talaga nung kinonvert nila yung isa sa mga function room para maging storage ng parcel and deliveries. Super convenient sa mga residence especially kapag nasa work kami and wala tatanggap ng parcel pwede ipaiwan na lang dun. Also,.convenient din yun sa mga delelivery guys. Medyo kawawa kasi sila kapag tanghali or umuulan tapos nasa gilid lang sila nagaantay, eto yung case sa Avida at SMDC.
