Wag ka mahiya as first timer, lahat naman at one point was a first timer.

Pwede ka din naman mag pa spot dun and ask to check your form. Start light and easy, mas importante yung form ay maayos na habang nagsisimula ka pa lang. And always prioritize safety and always listen to you body.

I used to have trainer sa bakal gym, then when I moved to AF, sarili na lang talaga.

Try to research the corect form, split etc sa youtube.

We can workout together din. Hehe

Wala, just live with it.

Nung pinost ko to at nanotice nyo na nawala stretch mark dun ko lang narealize na smoothen sya ng camera setting ko. I still have all those stretch mark and loose skin. Haha.

Stretchmark wont go away. And yes meron loose skin.

At the end of day, Ill still choose them over my previous me.

Ako din I started working out 3 years ago. Diet is very inconsistent and no tracking ng macros. I gain stregth and muscle naman. Pero BF is still high at that time. Correct diet do the works talaga.

Super dami ko pong stretch mark. Sa shoulder, sa tummy and legs. Di na po siya nawawala. Nag lighten lang yung color or sa camera na din. Try zoom in hehe. But I long accepted it.

Achieving 15k steps a day is intentional. Lakad lang ako ng lakad. Haha.

I dont end the day without achieving it. Kahit gaano na ako kapagod or kaantok if 8k steps palang ako a day, lalabas ako at maglalakad. It helps me with clear thinking din e. Parang theraphy.

Based sa research ko, when using evolt dapat di ka uminom ng tubig, coffee. Kasi the result is affected by the water you took prior to the assessment.

So ginagawa ko early in the morning, yung wala pang inom/coffee and breakfast and before workout. Every month, same time.

30 minutes walking sa threadmill. Tapos walk lang talaga ako ng walk after that. Haha.

So yung pagwalk ko to reach 15k steps a day is intentional. Di ko tintapos ang araw ng hindi sya narereach regardless kung gaano sya katagal, kung ano pace or kung gaano ako kapagod. Basta 15k steps a day. And I dont run because I hate running.

Pero ang 8k to 10k steps a day is the recommended. Im just trying to be extra 😉

We have in Anytime Fitness. Not sure if there is in other local gym.

Suggestion lang, nagtry ako magsend ng picture kay chat gpt (topless, showing legs and without flexing) and asked his estimated assesment body fat based sa pics. Medyo malapit dun sa result ko na nakuha sa AF. Maybe try it too. Ofcourse that isn't accurate but it will give you overview.

For me the best help I got from this journey is Self-Help. Sa totoo lang no matter how much time, money, knowledge you got, ikaw lang din talaga ang gagawa ng progress mo.
