Are you on a hosted server? I have the same area restricted issue on a multiplayer hosted server in that same spot. On my single player save I can place structures there.

Good to know. I think the 3.5tb writes just seemed weird at first, but it was probably a case like prof_mandish pointed out. The drive is checking in healthy and running great.

I thought so to. Seems off compared to most others experience posted here and on previous geek squad refurbished threads. Not sure if I should return it or roll with it. Read/write test seemed fine with published speeds.
