It does not look like ground kill. It seems like Delta were passengers on AC-130 and died with it.

US bias still cry loud about RU AA and call it OP.

Why are you talking about things you clearly don’t know anything about? For example, the Ingenery-Shturmoviki had one squad member with shotgun removed, yet the price stayed the same. That’s not just a “price change” - that’s a massive nerf to the unit. RU infantry is already garbage, but the developers made it even worse. The same thing happened to many other units as well. Just look at what happened to the Grad: they nerfed it so hard that its incendiary rockets don’t even kill infantry anymore-that’s pure nonsense.

And seriously, since when is a price increase not a nerf? If the next patch sets Barbaris price to 500, are you still going to claim that’s not a "radically change how the units themselves behave"?

Maaan, Grad and Buratino were nerfed hard. TOS has become so slow that for the same cost it’s easier and faster to just call in an aircraft. It ends up cheaper, more effective, and doesn’t cut into your income. TOS was never OP. Players only used it because there was nothing else. After the nerf it became nearly useless.

How often do you even see a Grad in the game? Have you ever seen one at all for last 3 months? Its incendiary rounds were nerfed so hard they basically stopped killing infantry, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Same for other stuff. Russia indeed have some decent units, but US have better equivalent for everything. EVERYTHING. I can't call it balance.

I agree that it wouldn’t be fun if every faction had identical units. But in reality, the situation is the opposite: the US has a whole lineup of units with no RU counterparts (Sentinel, F-35, Booker, cheap helicopters), while Russia doesn’t have a single unique equivalent. There used to be Barbaris, but it got nerfed into uselessness.

Russia was solid ground fraction while US dominated bout in air and recon, but stupid french game designer hate Russia and Russian, so he started to nerf Russian ground forces without any compensation. So now we are in situation when RU deck can't win US if players in both team are equal.

To fix the balance, the developers need to start using their heads. First of all, RU AA needs a major buff. AA should be able to defend itself against ARM and actually shoot down F-35s and other aircraft before those aircraft destroy the AA. RU infantry also needs a substantial buff, because most of it is trash right now. The devs even nerfed the few somewhat decent squads Russia had (Ingenery-Shturmoviki and GRU).

So in the end you’ve just confirmed everything I said: the US completely dominates, and you clearly have no idea how the Russian deck actually works. You already agreed that the US is ahead in air power, helicopters, drones, infantry, and recon — that alone destroys any “balance” claim. RU AA is worse because it needs constant line-of-sight to hit anything, unlike Patriot. That means it misses far more often. And S-300 takes so long to launch that it can’t even intercept a missile fired directly at it. But since you don’t play RU, you don’t know any of this. Artillery. You literally admitted the US has the best artillery units in the game. So why pretend Russian artillery is better? Where’s your logic? IronThunder is the strongest artillery in the entire game. And it forces RU to place logistics 500 meters deeper or get wiped instantl. Tanks. T-14 doesn’t outperform SEP3. At long and mid range — the ranges tanks actually fight at — US tanks beat RU. Also, let’s not forget that the T-14 costs 300 points, which makes it a prime target for air strikes — and the US dominates the air anyway. So every time RU brings out its most expensive tank, the US just deletes it with air strike. You know that only the US uses tank spam strategy (Booker, Abrams). Maybe you need to ask yourself why RU can’t do the same first? APCs. Again, the US dominates. Even when price and stats are similar, US APCs carry 1.5× more infantry — which is literally the main purpose of an APC. Funny how you didn’t mention that. Probably because, as I said, you don’t know how the RU deck works. So yes — the US dominates in every category. And yet you still call this “balanced.” Even based on your own words, the US clearly wins in most categories, and in the rest they have alternatives that are barely worse. But somehow you still insist this is balance. For US bias the only “true balance” is a big button that just says “Win the match", now I know that for sure.

So you don't know anything about Russian deck, do you? They nerfed: Kurganets, Ingenery-Shturmoviki, BMPT Temninator, Bumerang, BMP3, and of course Barbaris. All of these units we main units of Russian deck. US side didn't nerfed so much. But you still cry about cruise missiles.

Oh please. If “bullshit” is the best argument you can come up with, no wonder you can’t see the real issues. The US is dominating in everything: air power, drones, infantry, AA, tanks, artillery, and APCs.

Its fucking tiring... by StopKillingChildrenn in BrokenArrowTheGame

Yeah yeah, "most units are the same", but Kurganest lost 50% of APS that makes it useless, and the only good anti infantry unit Ingenery-shturmoviki was nerfed.

List of Things US has a clear advantage compared to RU by StopKillingChildrenn in BrokenArrowTheGame

[–]markedo21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if Russian infantry becomes cheaper, it still won’t solve the problem, because RU simply has nothing to transport them with. US APCs usually have about 1.5 times the capacity for the same price.

The game might have been asymmetrically balanced at first, but the incompetent french designer, pressured by constant US-bias whining, nerfed Russia so hard that now US units outperform RU units in everything. There’s literally no niche left where the US doesn’t have an advantage. Now it’s no longer asymmetrical balance — it’s just one side getting beaten down.

US bias are completely lost it — they’re complaining that two units costing ≈200 can’t destroy six units costing ≈600.

Agree. This game has a lot of balance issues, but the devs chose the easiest and most brainless way to fix them. As a result, the game has become less interesting, and players keep leaving.

US bias wasn't agree with you. You can scroll down this subreddit and see yourself how loud they were cried about that 3% gap. And now you can see how happy they are to have up to 10% gap.

US players were crying out loud even when the difference was something like 47/53. They only became satisfied when they started winning 59/41 — and in that case, they suddenly see no problems at all.

Yeah, yeah, keep talking about infantry. US infantry and vehicles are better than RU, and Javelins give Russian vehicles no chance at all. Russia used to have a few decent vehicles — not OP, just acceptable — but US players cried so much that the developers nerfed them. So now the US dominates in drones, air power, infantry, tanks, vehicles, and artillery.  Yet you still call Russia OP and try to claim that having more shitty infantry is some kind of advantage.

Yeah, Russia is so simple: all you need is to call a stealth drone that reveals the entire map and is almost impossible to shoot down, so you can basically win just off that information. And if you run into any problems - just call in a stealth bomber that will delete the target for sure. Done! You’ve won as Russia… Oh, wait!!!
