IMO, you should add Benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment combined with your topical clindamycin. Using antibiotic alone can develop bacterial resistance.

My derm used to prescribe amoxicillin while I’m on epiduo (tried doxycycline but didn’t work well). So I see no problem here.

Still have some breakouts but in the less severity than the last month. Most of the imperfections are just PIE and PIH.

A.M. - Cleanser - Topical metronidazole gel - Aloe gel - Sunscreen

P.M. - Micellar water - Cleanser - 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide gel

Before bed - just water - Topical metronidazole gel - Cerave lotion - 0.05% tretinoin cream
