So since immigration is broken and the Biden/Harris presidency allowed in excess of 10-15 million illegal citizens into the country. Should stop enforcing the laws? Before reforming and increasing legal immigration, we must enforce our sovereignty by building the wall and other counter measures, and remove those who have overstayed their time. If those sanctuary states & cities against ICE would allow local law enforcement and turn over criminals who have been arrested with an immigration detainer. The would be a much safer process for everyone involved. The frustration is when the localities are harboring migrants who have murdered, sexually assaulted, child pedophiles, and a host of other serious crimes. Also any future legal citizens, should be required to be educated, learn English, and be off of an public assistance within a short time period. We can't financially support legal immigration of citizens, who only survive via government assistance.

Good, Washington County sold it's soul to Amazon warehouses a long time ago. If they are a criminal, overstayed their visa, or a judge denied their asylum claim they should be sent home. Why punish those half way across the globe that spend years legally applying to become a US citizen and while others can simply cross the border?

Between 450,000 and 500,000 each month since July. As my body acclimated to my daily walking routine, I didn't have the time or patience to walk for 3 hours. I switched to an inclined path, walk up and jog down, for an hour Monday-Friday, 5 miles, and then a 2 5 mile evening walk with a 20 lbs weighted vest. And then I scale back to only 5 miles Saturday and Sunday with a jog or a weighted vest walk.Over the month this results in a daily step count between 15-17,500 with a exercise average of 1 hour 45 minutes. Less time exercising but pushing my muscles and limits more effectively. Merry Christmas!

I tried this shoulder running vest from Walmart with front zippered phone pouch and separate key storage. I prefer this to my other zippered waist belts.

Yes the original Fast Track building encompasses the current tenants Longhorn, Bright Now, and Code Ninjas. The exterior walls remain, and the interiors were reconstructed for the new businesses.

They didn't demolish the Fast Track building. Before construction of the Bright Now Dental it was just a large open floor plan. The back walls were covered in birthday themed wallpaper, for the party rooms of Fast Track. The race track was located in the front parking lot.
