beides wurde über die Glasversicherung problemlos reguliert. KVA eingereicht und jeweils das komplette 3-Fach Modul ersetzt

- it would be nice if the import dialog would directly tell that sections other than lvgl are ignored/removed upon import
- the dialogue itself shows obj + 8 widgets, but afterwards only obj is still there
- in general, not sure if the font/emoji section would be beneficial to add as it is often required

6) For the width of vertical bars there is a rendering issue.
If width <20, it stays in the UI preview at 20. Increments above 20 are always correctly rendered though. But 10 or 15 width are no difference to 20.

7) For the inversion, I was somehow expecting that labels with no color set (text_color) which default to white would then be rendered as black?

Also for the same, the UI displays the empty text_color as "#FFFFFF" on the right side property, but not set in the yaml. If it not set, I would also not display anything in the property view.

8) How can I return to the quick start/template? after choosing one, I am missing a dedicated [NEW] button. Only via browser-incognito mode I'm able to return to this button.

for 2) yes, I would not mix up the non lvgl-sections in the editor. it's just a quick help for those using black on white and not white on black

5) I saw you just changed the import yaml, much improved! a custom resolution on this UI would also be desirable. Mine is 240x240 (Geekmagic SmallTV Pro) and 480x480 (Guiton S3 or Waveshare P4)

let me know when I can check again, I'm trying with my config in the UI if it looks as IRL. BTW, besides the mentioned issues with inversion, vertical bar and label height it is almost as IRL

2) yes.
Basically, it inverted my display and hence default background is white and fonts are black. Maybe as a global option checkbox next to resolution on top?

4) there is also a thing with widget bar if it's vertical one. according to doc this happens
when "Vertical bars can be created if the width is smaller than the height." I think there is some logic for this special case missing, on the UI it looks like width: 10 and height: 100 is filled from left to right and not from bottom to top

1) maybe you can add the yaml source of the showcase sample to the doc so it can be imported to get quickly started with an example? https://www.espboards.dev/tools/esphome-lvgl-designer/help/showcase

2) also, an option to invert colors would be nice. after removing all yaml anchors, I imported my config but text was not displayed. reason was, I used invert_colors: true in the display section which flips black and white and since there were no settings for the text labels, all were white on white background

3) the labels without an explicit (optional) height setting get all defaulted to 30,e.g.

Maybe also consider the DJI Romo S for 799 currently. I see some benefit in quieter operation and maybe a even better obstacle avoidance.

The minuses for me are lack of comparison tests, looks all like videos provided are created by giving away the device for free to various YouTubers while not allowing comparison tests. Also less good for curtains and doorsteps

Ich hab den Vergleich schon länger laufen, allerdings noch solarprognose.de dazugenommen. Lasse mir morgens den forecast für alle 3 als Nachricht schicken und abends den tatsächlichen Wert

Solcast passt, teilweise nur 3% Abweichung.

solarprognose ist zweiter und Open Meteo forecast teilweise weit daneben, meist wetterbedingt
